By accessing and using Rodex AI API ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Rodex AI provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that routes requests to various AI providers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to use the Service:

• For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• To violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• To generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

The Service is provided with reasonable rate limits to ensure fair usage for all users. We reserve the right to implement rate limiting, throttling, or temporary suspension of access if we detect abuse or excessive usage.

Rate limits are determined by the underlying AI providers (Groq, XAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, HuggingFace) and may vary by model.

Access to the API requires authentication using the token "Rodex" in the Authorization header. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

Rodex AI acts as a proxy to various AI providers. Your requests and data are forwarded to the selected AI provider for processing. We do not store or log the content of your API requests or responses.

However, please be aware that the underlying AI providers (Groq, XAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, HuggingFace) may have their own data retention and privacy policies. We encourage you to review their respective terms of service.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with underlying AI providers.

We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Likhon Sheikh and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content generated by AI models through the Service may be subject to the intellectual property policies of the respective AI providers.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. AI responses may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you use them at your own risk.

In no event shall Rodex AI, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
